Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV + Tutorlal

Hey everyone so I just recently got the newest Urban Decay Book of Shadows (BOS).. the 4th edition! This is my second BOS I've purchased and I'm so excited to use it! I will first give you my opinions on this BOS, then compare my thoughts between this one and the BOSIII! I also have my tutorial using the BOS IV below, so check out one of the many many looks you can achieve with this palette!

Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV

The mini-speaker and wires are missing.

I really, really like this palette! It has a wide array of colors that you can use to make a ton of different looks with! The only downside about the shadows is there are no matte shadows, so if you're a matte shadow person this palette is NOT for you. Also the sample sizes of the primer, mascara, and primer potion are really good.. I've been using the mascara and eyeliner pretty much every day! The downside of my palette is that my speaker that came with it didn't work :. However other than these little downsides I would still rate the palette 9/10.

Comparison: Book of Shadows IV v. Book of Shadows III

As you can see the BOS IV is a little bigger than the BOS III! There are more sample sized products in the BOS IV, such as the primer, mascara, and liquid liner. There are also more technological aspects including the scanner cards and mini speaker that make it really interesting. However, when it comes to the graphics I really like the big mirror, lighting, and pop-up graphics from the BOS III. When it comes to the actual shadow I feel there are more wearable colors as well as a wider variety of colors in the BOS IV. Overall if I had to choose between the two I would choose the BOS IV.

Check out my tutorial featuring the Book of Shadows IV!

HeyKittty Valentine's Day Contest Entry Video

One of the beautiful and talented people I'm subscribed to pn YouTube is currently doing a giveaway and contest on her channel and I decided to enter! To enter the contest you have to create a Valentine's Day look and so I just decided to do a dark smokey black eye with a rose-gold accent on the lower lashline, along with a pink cheek and lip. It's a little late to use for Valentine's Day, but that doesn't mean you can't rock this look whenever and wherever you want!

My left eyelash wasn't glued on well, whoops!
